    First of all, congratulations on your plugin.

    In the dimension options, only the thumbnail option appears.
    How do I get the other dimensions so I can configure them?
    How do I add new custom dimensions to select without having to change code with each update?

    Please have a look at the FAQ – first question.
    A short note: this plugin is mainly for theme-developers. If your theme not already uses different image-sizes you will need some knowledge of programming.
