First of all, the category filter and other filter options are working as expected without any issue and we are not getting such report from any our users. However, the possible reason you are not being able to remove category items from the feed could be caching. Possibly, you have created a feed with certain categories and later you removed a few categories from the list but upon re-generating the feed, you still seeing those items to be excluded. This could happen due to caching. The feed must have been cached by any caching tool or plugin and in such situation our plugin has nothing to do as the file directory is cached by the cachign plugin and you are seeing the old feed generated initially. To solve such an issue, you need to clear all cache and regenerate feed or create a new feed to check if the filter option works for the new feed. IF it does, it’s clearly a caching issue.
didn´t work. some feeds are stucked while generating – Once again, generating a feed requires proper server configuration. You must ensure that your server is capable of handling such tasks. If you suspect that the feed is stuck due to server resources, please contact our support team for assistance. Also, the feed generation may stuck due to complex shipping conditions that makes the feed generation query to take extra time.
