only two Tabs are available

Hi there I am a Webdesigner and I have facebook for woocommerce installed on a clients website and as of now I only have the tab “Shop” and “Attribute Mapping” and tabs like “Settings” or “Connection” are not visible and I would like to use this plugin as a conversion api. I also tried to deactivate and reactive, to delete and reinstall and even tried to access these tabs with the url but then it switches to a invisible tab and i have a blank plugin page
