In many posts, your images does not have any links on it… as indicated in the plugin, the thumb image should have a link to the large image to work

1/ This theme does not load javascript from plugins
2/ this theme loads jQuery in an improper way according to wordpress strandard
This two issues has to be addressed first and I believe that the plugin will work 🙂
According to the html code, there is also other issue with your theme :

It is always sad to see how dependent our plugin is … a rogue plugin or a rogue theme and every body thinks that our plugin is not working …
