Hi, I already use Mandrill long time, always worked for WooCommerce to. But just now I discovered that for the last 6 orders, only one of them used Mandrill.
I just tested a ‘forgot password’ email, is NOT send through Mandrill either, so something is really going wrong here!
You are not doing something wrong, we need help for this.
Kind regards,
Willem
I just noticed this as well on my site running WooCommerce. So far I’ve tracked it down to the latest version of Google Analytics for WordPress plugin. When I disable that plugin, emails send fine.
Hi,
I use that plugin as well, but on staging site I don’t have any problems…
Which version did you used before you updated Google analtycis plugin? Since the last update doesn’t sound so exiting that it could break anything when I look at the changelog.
I’ve reverted to Google Analytics for WordPress 5.2.7 and it seems to have fixed the problem.
Thanks for the research, I did the same and indeed looks good sofar. I will tell Mandrill again about this topic here.
I wonder if the clicky version (by the same plugin author – Yoast) is what is causing the same issue in my wp.
Same issue already brought up there: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/google-analytics-for-wp-and-mandrill-wp-plugin?replies=3#post-6447411 (google analytics by yoast), if clicky has same problem, don’t know.
Also mentioned at Github, so the developers will see it in short time I hope: https://github.com/Yoast/google-analytics-for-wordpress/issues/287
I deactivated Clicky and activated again. Mandrill seems to be working now. Weird.
See github, already solved their, now waiting for official release.
