Only Working in Firefox

Hello. Great plugin. I’ve installed in on http://polka.land

After adjusting the settings it finally looks correct and works on Firefox but it is not scrolling on IE or Safari. I haven’t tried Chrome yet. Can you possibly take a look and see why it doesn’t scroll on most browsers? Thanks!
