    I have installed the pluggin and I have activated and customized the templates: “Default Template”, “Password Reset”, “New User Notification”, “Password change notification to the user”. But it doesn’t matter that I have those templates enabled, the emails that are sent only use the “Default Template”. What am I doing wrong?

  • I’m having this same issue. I haven’t seen anything in the documentation saying anything other that enabling the plugin was needed.

    Hello,

    Only the emails that have been configured can be edited. All other emails will use the default template.
