First, confirm the plugin is activated on the WP Plugins admin, and then please try logging out and back in.

This is not a typical WP admin page error message. This could be the result of a server-level config via mod_security. Example of a similar issue with another plugin:
It could also result from a security plugin you might have installed. In this case, I suggest a plugin conflict check:
Another suggestion to try is following this FAQ. I do not think it’ll be the solution based on the error message, but it could be well worth the try:

I updated wordpress, the template, & php & it seems to be working now, thank you!
