Because supporting premium (commercial) plugins isn’t allowed in ww.wp.xz.cn forums.
Also there is a lot of other reasons like forum tools(attaching image, accessing to related questions and …), privacy about sites that not published yet, user private information, making sure to support buyers only (no time to support some users that downloaded plugin and use without buying) and etc.
I understand. How do you know that I’m using Masterslider Pro based only by my question asked?
Also, what if my Masterslider plugin came with the theme I purchased?

Hi talonhead,
There are lots of options and features that only available on Master Slider Pro not Free, so we can find out which version it is only by seeing it.
And about the bundled with theme I have to say I am sorry we do not support them and you need to use you theme support forum in this case, I am sure they will help you.
