Open Graph tags incomplete

    Hi,

    According to Ahrefs I have a ‘Open Graphs Tags incomplete’ error affecting 10 pages.

    An example is [ redundant link removed ]

    But after checking the source code, all the tags appear correct.

    I also have an error for one page’Open Graph URL not matching canonical’ – /author/skylerbenson/page/2

    The errors are also being reported in Semrush.

    Could you please advise how I can fix this?

    Hi @skyez

    We understand you have an issue with the open graph tags. But it looks like the example URL was removed. Could you please send another example?

    We’re checking on this author archive (https://skylerbenson.com/author/skylerbenson/page/2) and it looks like the og:url points to the https://skylerbenson.com/author/skylerbenson/ instead of page 2 of the author archive.

    Based on the documentation here, the og:url tag should just follow the canonical URL, and the canonical URL seems to be correctly pointing to /page/2/.

    Could you perform a conflict check and see if there’s any other plugin or theme on your setup that is affecting this?

    But aside from that, the open graph tags themselves do seem to be generating properly in the page source.
