open link in new tab & html validation ?

    1. I’m trying to open the URL link in the testimonials in a new tab. I have tried adding “_blank” & target=”_blank” in the URL field to the widget and on the settings page. Once I hit save they dissapear.

    2. When I validate the code I get errors:
    document type does not allow element “p” here; missing one of “object”, “applet”, “map”, “iframe”, “button”, “ins”, “del” start-tag

    1. Use the target option in global, widget or shortcode settings.

    2. Please provide link to validation service.

    I’m not sure if p tags are allowed inside of q. One fix could be shifting over to using blockquote than q. However, that’ll need to be an option since too many people’s CSS is geared towards the q tag of current.

    In researching this, I found that I should be using blockquote than q tags.

    Since updating the plugin to fix this is going to potentially wreck layouts for people, I’m going to need a week or so to do a nice transition.

    I’ve updated the plugin to use blockquote versus q tags. It’s an option.

    However, I’d like 3 beta testers to volunteer and let me know about their experience with the updates.

    Release 2.11.0 uses blockquote now. q is still supported. Read Upgrade Notice for details.
