Hi there.
This can be done by going to the map editor and clicking on the ‘Store Locator’ tab.
‘Allow users to use their location as the starting point’ would need to be set to ‘Yes’.
You’d then need to go to the ‘Advanced Settings’ tab and ensure that ‘Show User’s Location?’ is also set to ‘Yes’.

So sorry for only getting back to you now.
Currently the plugin cannot load the map on the user’s location without making changes to the code. It can however use the user’s location for a starting point in the store locator.
