Opening flipbook

When I open the flipbook like

it opens as a lightbox BUT that lightbox also contains the site header and footer (it is opening in the site template) and as the lightbox is limited to 990px wide inline it looks awful, is there a way to open just the flipbook in the lightbox, and or change the inline width style to 100%?

This is probably a dumb question but I cannot see anywhere in the admin an option to open as a ‘raw’ flipbook without incorporating the site template.
