Email tracking relies on enabled images in the email. Check this document for more details on how tracking works.
If images are disabled, email tracking won’t function. This might be why your emails aren’t being tracked. Can you confirm this?
Additionally, ensure the “open tracking” option is enabled by following these steps: Express > General > Tracks open.
