    Hi @davsas

I’m glad you reached out. Let me help you with this one.

Upon checking, I don’t see any error message from the browser console log when trying to add the ticket, but I still encounter the “Oops, no tickets!” issue.

It sounds like there might be a plugin or theme conflict causing the issue. Could you try running a conflict test by activating only our plugins alongside a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One? This will help determine if something else is interfering.

Additionally, if you have server-side caching (e.g., Object Cache), please try disabling it temporarily and see if that makes a difference.

For safety, I strongly recommend conducting these tests on a staging server rather than your live site. Let me know how it goes.

I disabled ALL plugins, and changed the theme. Not working. I also created a new page using the short cut, still the same. BUT when i created a brand new install on WP, it worked fine. This tells me there is a conflict in the DB that means the purchase is not being sent to the Checkout page.

I cannot work out what this is, its very frustrating and annoying as want to use this on my site.

I even created a staging site and again disabled every pluging, except the events one. Same issue

    Hi @davsas ,

I recognize how challenging this must be; but, let me try to assist you here to the best of my abilities.

I am noticing that your site is employing CDN caching (see https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTenfvn1brF), and I suspect Event Tickets resources (i.e. CSS, JavaScript) are being cached that’s causing a conflict here, as Event Tickets heavily relies on JavaScript for its purchase workflow. That said, are you able to exclude the Event Tickets resources from being cached on your CDN (see Caching Basics)?

    Hi @davsas

In addition to the suggestion above, could you try creating a new event with a fresh test ticket and see if the issue persists? This will help determine whether the problem is related to existing events or if it’s a broader issue.

Let me know how it goes.
