    Hi, I was wondering if your plugin adds a check box to the woocommerce checkout page so that they can opt in or out when placing an order? This is necessary in Europe as we cannot just sync every person that purchases from us.

    It currently does not at this time.

    Perhaps you can add a terms and condition checkbox to your woocommerce page and modify the text letting users know by agreeing, they get subscribed to your CRM.

    If I add something like that (using ACF for example), can it be used in the rules logic so that if the box is unchecked a user would not be subscribed?

    We can definitely add a filter that a custom code can hook into that will work with your ACF suggestion.
