    With a file size of 55 KB [ the zip file ] this is the most optimal “Back to Top” plugin! It is 100% Responsive, works perfectly in mobile devices.

    I use “WPtouch Mobile Plugin” and quite a few plugins are not compatible with WPtouch. No worries for “Smooth Scroll Up”! Works smooth with WPtouch. Brilliant job! Thank you very much!
