    Hi There

    Firstly, great tool. I’m already seeing a difference in speed and no noticable difference in image quality. I should have used this ages ago for all the images on my website.

    For all images not in the media library I’ve tried clicking scan and optimise. However, the loading sign appears when I click it and I’ve left it for 12 hours without the loading sign disappearing.

    Is there another way I can optimise everything else? Would it be choosing folders in the advanced settings tab? If I do that, how do I find out which folders to choose? I’m a bit of a technical dumb ass. I’m using cpanel if that makes any difference.

    Massively appreciate any help you guys can offer.

    If it just spins and spins, then you most likely need to increase your php timeout. To get a better idea of any errors being generated, you can check the javascript console in either Firefox or Chrome.
