    Dear robin support team,

    For several weeks we have been trying to contact you as a Premium user and paying customer via your support form (https://cm-wp.com/premium-support/) and the support form via “Freemius”. So far we have not received an answer from you!

    The image optimization of the premium server has not been working properly for weeks and we are asking for help. Please check your form.

    If we do not receive a response within the next week, we will take steps to reclaim our money.

  • @artworxdigi did you get any responses as I too am unsure if they have shut up shop and no one is supporting or is around.

    Seems this evening the SERVER STATUS is showing as DOWN and starting to think that there is no one around?

    If indeed get are gone has anyone got any recommendations of an alternative?
