Optimization not working again

    For the past few weeks I have noticed that under the optimization section, my numbers never decrease for revisions or overhead, and the green progress bar just sits at the beginning of the progress section and never completes. Any reason why those are not being deleted and the process is hanging again? I have 40+ sites and none ever get optimized. I have tried individual sites as well as optimize all to no avail.

    David here.

    First, let me apologize for this late reply. As for the optimization I have now checked and everything seems to be working properly with the feature. Furthermore, we haven’t had any complaints recently from other users.

    What I can suggest you try, if you haven’t already, is to reinstall the Worker plugin from the wp-admin dashboard, clear any website cache, and sync the website on the ManageWP. Then try again to optimize the feature and hopefully everything will go smoothly on your end.

    If the issue persists I recommend you open a support ticket at [email protected] and one of my colleagues, or maybe even me, will take a closer look?
