    Hello @polarconnect,

Thank you for choosing Optimole and reaching out to us.

I want to clarify that our image optimization process is performed in real-time as images are viewed on your website. This means that optimization is not done offline. Each image is optimized individually based on the browser being used to access your site. This dynamic optimization occurs on the fly, ensuring that images are optimized specifically for each visitor.

Optimole works by downloading a copy of your images to our cloud, optimizing them, and then serving them from our image CDN to your site visitors. The entire optimization process takes place in real-time and does not affect your original images stored on your server. Therefore, any new images you upload will be optimized automatically after they are added to your server. The reason you currently see less optimized image count in dashboard is because they haven’t been accessed by visitors yet. If you wait or refresh the stats, you will observe that images are being optimized as visitors access them, including your own visits.

I hope this explanation clarifies the process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you for choosing Optimole. We are always here to assist you.

    Best regards,
