Optimize the publication delay

    Hello,
    Sometimes emails can take 1 or 2 minutes to turn into posts.
    Sometimes only few seconds.
    How to reduce the delay to few seconds permanently ?
    I put « Check for mail every: » to « every 1 minute ».
