I have a problem for which I have not found the right solution.

Maybe I’m just making a stupid mistake.

In Quic.cloud I get the message on the dashboard:
Failed to notify WP to pick up optimized images
Unable to notify WordPress to pick up images. Check QUIC.cloud IPs are whitelisted at the firewall.

I absolutely don’t know how to do it, I don’t have security plugins like waf or others installed

Another problem is that my admin is very slow and I do not know which setting it depends on

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @timur20,

Just to be certain, does disabling Wordfence resolve the issue?

If it does resolve the issue can you please switch the Firewall into Learning Mode and let me know if it helps?

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    Hey @timur20,

I understand now. Unfortunately, if Wordfence isn’t installed and contributing to the issue I’m afraid there isn’t much advice I can provide.

You might reach out to your host as they may have security rules in place that’s causing this.

You can also reach to https://quic.cloud to see what else could be causing this except a security plugin.

Wishing you the best of luck. If you do have a desire in the future to use a security plugin we’d love it if you gave us a try. If you run into any issues, we’re always here for you.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
