• I am currently working on making modifcations to a client site that is utilizing optimizer and I was wondering if it is possible to adjust the padding surrounding the advanced text widget within optimizer itself

newsite.hhqventures.com is the site. As you can see for the main body of the text beneath the picture the padding is heavy and the customer has asked that I reduce it on either side. I’ve tried adjusting the sliders but it seems contained in the certain space and no CSS I’ve found so far will allow me to reduce the padding on either side so that the text is spread out more.

@hatguy99 The Advanced Text widget comes with dedicated Padding options. You can change the padding of that advanced text widget under your slider, from that widget’s settings.

    Thanks

I understand that however the customer wants to reduce the amount of padding on the side. When I drop side padding all the way down it simply moves all the text to the left as if their is no left side padding but still right side padding.

I need an overrall reduction of the padding on either side of the text if that is possible.

    Hi

Can you please elaborate. Do you reduce the margin or padding. It would be better if you could share a Screenshot with additional pointer.

    Thanks

I’ll do my best, though for some reason I cannot add a screen shot that I have made with the snipping tool to this block of text. Essentially I need the margins on both side reduced, shifting the padding only moves the text left or right.
