Optimizing HTML and CSS not working?

    Hello,

    I have installed Autoptimize plugin and I enabled “Optimize CSS code” and “Optimize HTML code”.
    I saved the changes, emptied cache and tried to hard refresh. I even opened a private window.

    But I can see in page source that the code has not been changed, it doesn’t seem to be working.

    Am I doing something wrong?
