Optimole activation

Optimole plugin is installed on my website but can not activate it. We have an account with optimole under [email protected]. It worked before, but suddendly the plugin was not available any more. I have tried several ways to download and reinstall it, and it works fine until then. If I press for activation nothing happens, and I need help to fix it.
