Optin Form Error

I have an inline form in my footer. When my site is viewed in tablet or mobile mode, it shows:

An error was encountered <small>jpntjrneeob0hhtrzroi</small>: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘querySelector’)

Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out. I checked and it shows up fine for me on Mobile as well as Desktop. It can happen if you pasted the entire Campaign embed code and the formatting was wrong.

All you need is to add the HTML placeholder of the Inline campaign where you want it to appear. This will the placeholder for this campaign as per this guide: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-manually-add-an-after-post-or-inline-optin/#HTML_Placeholder

Can you clear the browser and server cache and see if the issue still persists?

I’m using the OptinMonster block right now. Do you recommend doing what you suggested instead?

Good morning!

The OptinMonster block to place the campaign is ideal so no need to modify that.

I’m not able to reproduce any error when testing from mobile / tablet. The campaign is also showing for me as expected — https://a.supportally.com/i/pxDYnL

There is no HTML content in the page that matches <small>jpntjrneeob0hhtrzroi</small>

I did a review of the campaign’s configuration on our end and it looks to be correct in all ways, nothing appears out of place.

I’ve test submitted the campaign and also no errors related to that were produced — https://a.supportally.com/i/dhizOM

Will you check if this email address was successfully added to your Mailchimp Audience — [email protected]

Thank you for testing everything out! I really appreciate that! And yes, that email address was successfully added to my Mailchimp Audience.

I figured out this issue has to do with the browser I was using.
