option dateFormat is not recognized!

This first started by not being able to select a date or time for an ACF datetime picker field. Through disabling recently installed plugins and testing, I was able to determine that this plugin is causing the error.

There is a Javascript error that prevents any JS from running on the page. I’ve added a screenshot of the error. Here is the link to the file that’s causing problems:
