I was unable to reproduce the issue. It seems that the direct bank transfer option is appearing on the plugin’s settings. So could you please ensure that in the “WooCommerce > Payments > All payment methods” the “Direct bank transfer” option is enabled?

The direct bank transfer option is appearing in the plugin’s settings page, but it’s not appearing when editing the Bank transfer payment type. That field does appear on the COD payment edit (woo > payments > cash on delivery), so I can select when this payment type will appear, based on the shipping type selected. Do you see it there as well?
The issue is that on the plugin’s settings page, the Flat Rate standard shipping types do not appear differently (I have 4 Flat Rate shipping rates), it just says Flat rate. I need to select just 2 of the Flat Rate shippings for the Bank transfer payment. I hope this makes sense.

I think what you need to do is enable the “Use shipping instances” checkbox in “WooCommerce > Settings > Payment Gateways by Shipping” and save changes. After that, you should be able to see all four of your flat rates in the select boxes.
P.S. Our plugin does not add any settings to the gateways directly. All settings are in “WooCommerce > Settings > Payment Gateways by Shipping”. The “Enable for shipping methods” option, you are seeing for COD, is a part of WooCommerce core.

Indeed, it seems to be a part of woo that I can set up those things in the cash on delivery option. Still not visible at the bank transfer woocommerce edit option. Enabling that option helped me to set up things in the Payment gateways by shipping section. Thank you!
