Option PHP Bug in ver 3.6?

    Hello Everyone,

    I am experiencing this problem in WP ver 3.6 when i try to change few settings in General tab. After click general is display a message “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.”

    I have been disabling all the installed plugins but the error still there, any one has the solution?
