Option to Avoid Google Docs

Hi, my Doc Gallery items are currently attempting to open in Google Docs.
Is there a quick way to disable Google Docs and allow download and open instead?
I can’t see any download option at all at the moment.

Google Docs is not available in certain countries such as China, so the effect would be that users in these countries have no access to the documents.
