Option Tree can think?

I set up a local environment with Wamp, a database, initial site, WordPress 3.5.2 configuration, Dreamweaver CS6 site and Testing server (and a basic artisteer wordpress theme), and I started experimenting. I have no technical skills, I just finished a joomla site. I installed Option Tree directly in my themes root directory and then I wanted to uninstall it. So I deleted everything. even wamp installation. Everything. And make a new installation of wamp server, database, initial site, WordPress 3.5.2 configuration, Dreamweaver CS6 site and Testing server. I create the artisteer wordpress themes with my laptop and then transfer folders in my computer. So, clean without the changes in functions.php and the new theme-options.php file artisteer wordpress theme folder inside root folder. Everything is clean but Option Tree magically is still there> with no code to the beginning of my functions.php. and with no theme-options.php file. Is there. It can think? It can be hide itself? I am not a developer but I am sure that your plugin was mess my very expensive workstation. Thanks a lot!
