Options Are Not Saving

    I’m not able to save any updates I make to the Options in AnsPress. I check a box or update a field, click save, and get the ajax notification at the top, ‘AnsPress options updated successfully’

    When I click off and come back, the boxes are no longer checked and the fields are no longer updated! The settings are not reflected on the live website. I’ve tried it Chrome and Safari and receive the same issues.

    Do you have have any advice?

    I’m using AnsPress 2.0.2.

    This is due to browser cache, But all options are properly saved.
    I will fix it.

    Plus, options tab doesn’t load.

    Clicking on Layout, Questions, doesn’t settings specific to that tab.

    It doesn’t appear to be a browser cache issue. I’ve tried it on different browser and computers… I’ve been doing testing and development work with my programming team for just under 10 years. I know how to clear a cache. None of the settings are saved and passed through to the website.

    Issue solved, disabled ajax in option form.
