    Hi,

    Found a similar issue like yours in this thread here.

    Try changing the .htaccess file as mentioned in the thread there.

    Oh, I am sorry to hear that. What theme are you using? If you are using a theme, have you tried contacting the theme author?

    I am using the PLAY theme, and they stopped supporting it. I’m afraid it’s no longer compatible with the latest WP versions. So I am considering choosing a new theme, although I really like this one.
