    I entered the KB Categories and they are ordered with a typical hierarchy of parent, child, grandchild.

    So, what does the Order selection do? It is different than what I did under categories and when I move things around, I don’t see where it makes any difference.

    The Reorder function allows you to customise the order in which categories and posts display within your WP Knowledgebase. By default WordPress will order them by date created, but this is not always the order one wants knowledgebase articles to appear!

    Hi, once the articles have been re-ordered, is there any way to set it back to the WordPress default e.g. sort by recently created or sort by recently updated?
