Please let me know whether you have set ‘Order number custom prefix’ option in the settings of our plugin?
If yes, are you trying to search the orders on WooCommerce Order dashboard with the prefix of the custom order numbers?
If so, then please exclude the prefix and try to search with the order number, it will search fine when the ‘Enable order admin search by custom number’ setting is enabled.
I tried to replicate the issue on our staging site, and I was able to search the order with the custom order number without the prefix on the Orders page.
If the issues still persist on your site then I would request you to email us about the issue and the admin credentials of your site. The email id is ‘support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com’ which will create a ticket on our ticketing system.
