I noticed that you can link to a page more than 1 time (I noted this because of issues with the conditional logic of the order bump) in that say a user does not accept the order bump then I will go to UPSELL 2 for them, if they accept the order bump they will go to UPSELL 1 and then to UPSELL 2 after that.

The issue i noted is that when you put in the conditions in the selector, that

    1. Pages are named after the page ID not what it is actualy called which is confusing.
    2. The pages do not show up on the map so you cannot see that it is linked to that.

Also the conditional logic for the order bump does not seem to work either, I say I want the 2nd one to show if the first has been accepted and it wont show it, I have tried different variables, pop up etc and still the same.

A final issue I have noted is if you break the chain accidentally it automatically deletes the page created and you cannot get it back.

    Please help
    Kind Regards
    Richard

Hi @evcv , thanks for reaching us!

Regarding the conditional logic showing the page ID instead of the page name: currently, there’s no option to set a default step name, so it displays the page ID with the step name. If you hover over the view icon for any funnel steps, you can see the page ID at the end of the URL. We understand this can be a bit confusing and sometimes to difficult to set the proepr id in the conditions, and we really appreciate your feedback — we’ll rethink this and try to find a better solution in the future.

About the conditional logic not working correctly: I tested this on my local setup but wasn’t able to replicate the issue. Since order bump to Upsell redirection is a pro feature, please contact us at [email protected] so we can check what’s happening on your end and provide a solution.

Let me know if you have any further questions or need any assistance — I’ll be happy to help!

    Thanks,
