Admin/Settings/Discussion. Under Other comment settings, use the dropdown next to Comments should be displayed with the to newer. Then Save your changes.

I want to order my posts with latest comments.

Thaks guys. But I just tried that plugin and it’s not working with 2.9.
So any other idea ?
