Order by Meta Value (Pro)

Hi,
i can’t post on your Support Forum because i don’t have username and pw. And i didn’t find out where to get it.

Following Problem:
I want to sort by a meta value. The meta-value is called “kurstag”. The values are “Montag, “Dienstag”, Mittwoch”, “Donnerstag” and “Freitag”.

Now i want to sort the list by custom Type. Like: Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch, ….
Is that possible?
