Order cannot be processed

Καλησπέρα έβαλα το plugin στο site κανονικά, έφτιαξα demo viva account, έβαλα σωστά τα πάντα αλλά όταν πάω να κάνω δοκιμαστική αγορά μου βγάζει μήνυμα Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as teh originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again.

Δοκίμασα και την κάρτα από το instructions pdf που δίνεται και πάλι δεν δουλεύει.
