Order deleted from database

Hi,

For some reason we have noticed that some orders are missing from the woocommerce dashboard.
We use woocommerce along side Sequential Order Numbers Pro..

We get email notification for all new order placed on the website and some of them have the same order number..
For example…
we received an order yesterday at 08.39am with the following header:
ORDER CONFIRMATION (MMA-1705030738-322)

Again, yesterday at 18.16pm, we received an order with the following header:
ORDER CONFIRMATION (MMA-1705031714-322)
As you can see they both have the same ending.(the begining is generated via Sequential Order Numbers Pro)

When we look in the woocommcer dashboard, the order MMA-1705030738-322 is not there anymore and has been replcated with the details or order MMA-1705031714-322.

We also looked in the user table but we cannot find the users either..(could be guest checkout)

Could you please help us understand why orders are getting overwritten/deleted?
We have 2 sites with the same issue at the moment.
