Hello,
The plugin shouldn’t block coupon codes. I found the request in your Anti-Spam logs. There were some important request parameters missed. I couldn’t manage how to test coupons on your website. Could you try one more with another browser? Please note that without the “WooCommerce checkout form” option enabled, your checkout form will not be protected.

Hello Serge,
I created a new coupon code since I indicated on the CleanTalk dashboard that the original user / email address / coupon code was not spam. I turned the WooCommerce checkout form option back on in the WordPress CleanTalk dashboard. I then created a new order with the same user account via the Chrome browser using the new coupon code. The order was accepted without the forbidden fraud protection message. Should I try this with a different user name / email address?
So, I don’t know why it happened using the first coupon code. I can give you the necessary access to check the missed parameters you mentioned. Is this WordPress forum the place for me to share those credentials or will that information be hidden from the public.
Kind regards,
Larry

Hello Serge,
I have not been able to recreate the problem. So, since it obviously occurred, the cause will unfortunately remain a mystery at this point. I will open a private ticket if our customers notify us that they experience this problem.
Kind regards,
Larry
