    The last 2 order documents are with wrong dates. The orders happened on 1rst of July and 3-rd of July, but both order documents show the date of 5th of July.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshots, those were helpful!

    Just to clarify, are the incorrect dates appearing in a downloadable document, or are they part of the order confirmation email?

    I noticed you’re using the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin. If this is happening in the email, the issue is most likely coming from that plugin. In that case, it would be best to reach out to the Kadence support team for a closer look.

    Hi, no – it’s only happening the downloadable document. The problem is only there and since the last 2 orders, up until then – it was correct.

    I’ve checked the System Status Report, and I can see that your WooCommerce and WordPress versions are not up to date. Could you please update both to the latest versions and check if that resolves the issue?

    If the issue persists, could you also let us know whether you’re using any custom code or a plugin to download the order invoices? By default, WooCommerce does not include an option to download order invoices, so this functionality typically comes from a third-party plugin or customization.

    Since the issue is only affecting the downloadable documents and has started with the last two orders, could you please let us know if any changes were made to your site recently? This could include plugin updates, theme changes, or custom code modifications.

    Identifying what changed just before the issue started can help us pinpoint the cause more accurately and provide a suitable solution.

    Hi,

    I have updated woocommerce, wp did not show outdated.

    We’re using Bulgarisation plugin, that duplicates the orders and transtates them in Bulgarian. But does not change anything else.

    No custom code has been added, since months. And the theme isthe same as well. If something has been updated, could be due to requirement of updating all plugins first, to see if the issue will be resolved.

    I’ll keep you posted with the next order.
