Order doesn’t come through with certain paying method

    Hi,

    I have a problem with Learnpress and Stripe – I’m using Stripe plugin for payment and Learnpress for courses. I have enabled two payments – credit card and polish BLIK. Everything is fine with credit card, but when someone is paying by BLIK, I get money on my account, but client doesn’t get access to courses and in “Orders” the payment is “In Progress” for like an hour, then it gets cancelled. What should I do to fix it?

    Because you are using our premium add-on so please create a ticket on our support system, our team will check for you. This forum only support for the LearnPress plugin, not for the premium plugin.
