Do other emails from your site coming to you? I.e. user registration? If not it’s a problem with WordPress email module, please search for your problem in WordPress help. Otherwise it seems like it could be Jigoshop issue – could you send temporary admin access to support[at]jigoshop.com for us to check you configuration?
Anyway – most of problems with emails are because WordPress cannot send them, Jigoshop is using wp_mail() function which is properly tested.

Just tested and it works. Pretty sure @emexonline777 resolved by using the WP Mail SMTP plugin.
