    I have created a custom template from Export Order > advanced export. I have removed 75% of the columns as the report is for my accountant and she only needs a handful of data columns. However when I open the exported csv file it says “unable to download 1,175 columns) However I had deleted datafields to take my column number down to 10. How do I stop the plugin trying to create so many unneeded columns.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    It sounds like your export file is still generating a large number of columns, even though you’ve reduced your custom template to just 10 fields. This often happens when line item fields are included, as they can automatically create multiple columns based on the products in each order.

    To resolve this, please go to the Advanced Export screen and, under Step 5: Advanced Options, set the “Exclude line items” option to “Yes”. This will ensure that only the fields you’ve selected in the mapping screen are included in the exported CSV.
