Order List Empty

Hello,
I installed the plugin and added a buy now button on the checkout page. Everything works except the order does not show up in the All Orders tab of the plugin. When checking the log, I got this error.
– FAILURE :Received invalid response from PayPal
In case this is related, when trying to pay in sandbox mode, it tells me that its not working at the moment and to try again later.
