    I would like to ask for assistance regarding the missing order. We have one customer who purchased a product on our site and paid using the Afterpay payment gateway but the order wasn’t recognized by Woocommerce and no order was received. We can only see a gap in the order number sequence. We tried checking the Afterpay logs but there was no trace for that specific order.

    What could be the possible season for this?

    Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
