    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please confirm if you are using any other WooCommerce plugin to manage the order numbers.

    Also, would request you to kindly re-download Smart Manager from ‘My Account‘ area on storeapps.org and then re-install and reactivate Smart Manager and then have a check with the Smart Manager functionality.

    If still the issue persists, then would request you to create a wordpress admin account and forward us the login credentials at ‘[email protected]’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
