    I’m using the file uploader on the checkout page but whenever a customer places an order, the checkout page just reloads and the order is not placed. The checkout form stays filled in but the file is removed. If I deactivate this plugin, the checkout page works fine though. This seems like a great plugin and I’d love to continue using it if possible. Any help I can get is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Yes, i can help you. In fact, i have tested this plugin recently and it was working fine. May i have a look into your issue?

    Try the plugin with a normal WooCommerce working website. There is a possibility that some other plugin might be interrupting the form posting. I am available for support whenever you come back.
